| Panoramic virtual tours represent older technology that does not allow the user to pan up and down. 'Omniramic' technology has less distortion than panoramic tours and better image quality due to still-camera optics. |
| When will the tour get posted? |
| In most cases the tour will be posted the day after shooting. 72hr guarantee of the tour being posted. |
| Can the images be manipulated to make them look better? |
| Definitely! In many cases the images will be altered to show the best quality of what is being captured |
| How many different peole are involved with booking, shooting, building, and posting my tour? |
| We are a local Seattle company and everything is done in-house. Once you request a tour you will work with one Photographer who will oversee the entire process from shooting to posting the tour. |
| What is an e-Gallery? |
| The e-Gallery is a self-extracting program that includes all of your images, your contact information including links to your e-mail and website. The e-Gallery is extremely useful for quickly e-mailing a Virtual Tour
to clients or for distributing them via CD's. For an extra fee, we can make customized discs for you to hand out at your open house! An e-Gallery is included with all Virtual Tours. |
| What happens if I list my property under a new MLS number? |
| There is a $20.00 re-posting fee should you need the virtual tour to be re-linked to a new MLS number or posted to an additional site. |
| What do I do when the home sells? |
| You do not need to do anything! If the home happens to sell within 24 hours after shooting the tour and it hasn't been posted, call 360 Sound View right away. You will only end up being charged $10 per scene shot if we are notified right away. |
| What happens if I have to cancel an appointment or am late? |
| There is no charge if the tour is cancelled 24 hours before the shooting time. Cancellations within 24 hours will have a cancellation fee of $25. Photographers are paid on a per tour basis and their schedule is considered confirmed 24 hours in advance.
The photographer will wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time before leaving the property. If an appointment is missed, you will be charged the cancellation fee. If you have any concerns of being late, all photographers are also accessible by cell phone, please be considerate in calling them! |
| What do I need to do to prepare for a shooting? |
| You'll want to have the listing in showing condition as if it were an open house. It is suggested to pick up miscellaneous items, turn on lights and leave the fans off. These suggestions will assist in producing the best quality 360X360 images. The photographers
job is just to shoot the property, NOT to prepare the property for shooting. |
| How would I go about posting the virtual tour on my website? |
| Once the virtual tour has been posted you will receive a link to the tour. If 360 Sound View is provided with the webmasters e-mail address, we will contact your webmaster to incorporate that link into the appropriate section of your Web site. Otherwise, providing your webmaster
with the link should be sufficient enough. |
| Are there ways to get discounts on tours by either bulk purchasing or bulk tour guarantees? |
| Absolutely! If you are interested in buying bulk tours, please contact 360 Sound View for further details. There is also a Broker Alliance agreement that offers a 20% discount on a minimum amount of tours per month guaranteed. |
